Road trip. Breakfast after a good night of sleep. Closest is this IHOP. Promptly seated then greeted by Amber. IHOP, she is a jewel ...take good care of her. She is the reason you are getting 4 stars. The food rates only a 3 because of the hash browns. Undercooked.

We come here often. Today was unreal. Same waitress as always. Shes a real hard worker! Total time from when we entered till we got our food was 1hr 41min. She was the only waitress because 2 waitress and 1 cook called in. I dont have time to waste like that. I complained to the manager. He apologized as they do and reduced the ticket from almost $30 to $13.46. I told the manager he needed to replace lazy people that didn't want to work. Their is plenty of people out there that need jobs and would love one. I gave the waitress a $10 tip because she was dripping with sweat and on the verge of crying. In my job I dont have the option of calling in. Nobody else should unless its a emergency. Unreal. The waitress rocked as usual. Management sucks and needs to replace lazy employees or they need to hire a manager that understands time is money and a loss of customer base hurts their overall revenue. All boils down to incompetent management! And the manager left even though they were in the situation.

I can't even give one star. A/C was working full blast. Freezing in some booths. No hostess to manage incoming guests. Confusion on where/who to pay. We have been here over 30 minutes and still no food. Ridiculous

The worst IHOP I have ever been to. Smells of fecal matter, when asked they told us they had a sanitation issue. Waiters are clue less, one started fighting with the cook staff and threw plates on the floor. This place is a giant liability for ihop corp. Stay away!

If you don't know what to expect from a place called the International House of Pancakes then you have more issues than this review can solve. IHOP has great breakfast items which you can get all hours of the day and night. Service is what it is.

Best IHOP we have been to in a while. They must have fixed the air conditioner because we were freezing and I had to get my jacket from the car. The eggs we ordered were perfect.

Great tasting food, with tons of fat and sugar. Same as every other IHOP. Servers are friendly. As a vegetarian, I generally have to stick with the breakfast menu at these places. They're open 24/7.

Very disappointed. Air conditioner could not keep up--it was more hot and humid inside than out today. It was miserably muggy. Had a very short wait, but things seemed very disorganized once seated. Placed our drink orders, waited a little while and got them. Had to ask for silverware. Placed the food order and waited a considerable amount of time, as the kitchen was backed up. It appeared that they were short staffed somewhat--employees seemed a bit agitated, not sure if the mugginess was getting to them or just a bad day. Our waitress apologized for the delay in getting our order and when it arrived, it was literally slammed down on the table as if we were playing diner dash, dumping a plate on the floor and then everyone disappeared without a word. A man from the back came to clean the food off the floor. Didn't get the salsa with our omelets, no one was available to ask for condiments that we desired. When we finally saw our waitress again, she was busy restocking cartons of juice and we told her to empty her hands, then she could help us. About 5-10 minutes later, we saw her taking more orders and then as we were finishing our meals, stopped by to ask what we wanted. No drink refills. Too late at that point. She did apologize saying she was waiting tables on opposite ends of the restaurant, which her manager informed us that was untrue! Saw the table behind us get the wrong drink order and 2 more attempts to get what they ordered right! I would hope this was just an off day, but think there are staffing issues--as they are looking for help and unable to find any per management. She did offer to comp our meals, but we had already paid and the food was fine. We had hoped to start off the day with company from out of town with a nice breakfast and it just set the day off on a bad foot. Will try the other location on Memorial when I am ready to attempt IHOP again.
